because the internet doesn't have enough charlie sheen

just trying to cash in on the charlie sheen tsunami. i actually think this is a turning point, it means hes getting better, because its obviously a parody of this whole insanity business.

also, to any japanese who may have stumbled across this blog (i doubt it), i don't mean anything offensive when i say the word tsunami. sorry, i couldn't resist, i truly hope miracles occur in the aftermath.

so, i couldn't think of a logical next post, then i realised i can post literally anything here, within reason.

and i think i need some original content for this blog, so here is a little motivational/philosophical thing i made up.

it is impossible for something to be impossible. it sounds like a paradox, the fact it is impossible for something to be impossible proves that it is possible for something to be impossible, thereby almost proving the original statement, that it is impossible for something to be impossible! i could try to explain it clearer, but i think its obvious where that would lead us.

i don't think i'm getting the hang of this blog thing at all. but i'm having fun with it.

so, first post. what shall i write about? i suppose i'll write a sort of introduction to this blog, who i am, what this blog will be about, and what i hope it will become.

so first: who am i? i live in queensland, Australia, i'm a uni student, studying science, leaning towards the biological and natural sciences, but with adequate understandings in chemistry and physics (the theory, not the maths). I'm also fairly religious, catholic, I like to read about other religions, their beliefs, philosophies, mythology etc. i like researching the supernatural/paranormal/general weird stuff, although the subject is filled with liars and the mentally ill.

I also have aspergers syndrome, not meaningful in any way but it is a part of me. if i seem like i'm being unfriendly, harsh or rude, like i probably will act towards creationists' and scientologists' beliefs, than this is why. however, my contempt towards these beliefs is not unfounded, as they are dark stains of ignorance in the beautiful tapestry of human knowledge and understanding of this world. i'll probably list things in great detail and make this a really boring blog. i'll stop talking about this now, you have no idea how long i can go on for.

second: i'm not sure where this blog wil go, but i created it because i've noticed a lot of people don't properly understand the world, there are controversies where there really shouldn't be. like global warming. there is no doubt that climate change is occuring, the question we should be asking is are humans to blame? and the answer to that should be, common knowledge, but doesn't seem to be. the answer to that is too long, so i'll be putting that in a post on its own, with references so you can corroborate. so, to conclude what i'll try to to do with this blog: we will look at issues we face today, cut the crap that is pushed into your face about these issues, every day, and shows you in simple speak what is actually going on.

obviously, i hope people will read this blog, it would kinda suck if nobody read it, but, i hope people, if they read it, will find it interesting, and use the information to make informed decisions in their life. i'll also post funny or cool stuff i find on the internet, so thats always a plus. if you read this whole thing, i hope you enjoyed it.  i also usually put random stuff in things i write, to see if people were paying attention to what they were eating. look out for that.
